A finance student asked me for "LBA term sheets" which give average debt financing terms for a given period.
I was stumped and asked Howard Bernheim at S&P if he had heard of these. He hadn't, but asked around S&P and found that they do have this information. He gave me the name of a contact who said he would talk to the student about his data requirements.
Howard (howard_bernheim@standardandpoors.com) is a name you should keep on file. He has a lot of subject knowledge (has a CPA) knows COMPUSTAT inside out, and is very responsive.
