Open Corporate Affiliations database using the FindIt box on Lippincott page. Search on Delta. The listing with the big P after it is the Parent company. This record will show hierarchy - all subsidiaries, etc.
Also mergers. To get details on alliances, agreements, open the NEWS section on top. Do the same for any company.
Here's another good source. Business and Industry database. Click Advanced Search. Type REGIONAL OR DOMESTIC in the top search box. Scroll down and type Delta in Company name box. Scroll down to CONCEPT TERM and click on joint ventures. Important -- Notice the little AND circle and click on it after each choice.
